Watching the Clouds: Finding Peace in Simple Moments

One of my favorite ways to practice mindfulness during the summer is by watching the clouds with my partners. There’s something incredibly grounding about lying on a blanket, looking up at the sky, and letting your mind wander with the shapes of the clouds.
