It is so easy to keep sitting and watching youtube when your bored at home. It's even easier when you have time off to relax but that doesn't help you reach your goals. If you have to wait until after your important zoom meeting to do a workout, that will work too. Don't let the makeup look that you perfected get ruined, but don't let your makeup be a reason that you don't work out either.

I struggle to pay attention to shows a lot, so I like taking mini breaks during the show, but since I hate commercials I make my own break times. A while back there were a lot of workout challenges on livejournal, tumblr, reddit, and facebook and a lot of them included using tv shows to get into shape. For example one Doctor Who Workout has it so that when the doctor says "run" you run in place. There are so many good ways to make a workout fun and when you're doing the TV challenge the bonus is you know you'll be watching something that will keep you engaged as well.
